Ariston Exhibitions and Theater
In June 2022 the former Ariston cinema, closed since 2016, reopened its doors with a newly restored look. The intention behind the restoration of this attractive Art Nouveau building is that it will act as the second venue of the Escher Theater, being located just a stone’s throw away from the theatre in Rue Pierre Claude. The plan is to focus on young audiences and children, and to run workshops and events involving the local community. In addition, the Ariston will showcase the performing arts in all their forms through even more intimate and innovative performances. You are welcome to join in events, or, if just fancy a drink, head for the new Ariston’s stylish bar.
