Drummer Pit Dahm and an especially formed band for this occasion, will present his work as an artist-in-residence at Artikuss during the first part of the Jazz Made in Luxembourg evening.
Pit Dahm is a drummer multi-instrumentalist and composer, born in 1990 and raised in Luxembourg. After finishing his classical and jazz studies at the Conservatory of Luxembourg, he moved to Amsterdam in 2010 to pursue further studies on drums. In 2012, he won the Prinses Christina Concours with the Floris Kappeyne Trio. Pit graduated from the Conservatory of Amsterdam in 2014.
Pit Dahm's music is not limited to a single style. He blends written music and improvisation, drawing inspiration from the richness offered by a wide variety of genres, from jazz to classical music, to create his own personal musical image.

Born from a shared passion for innovation and improvisation, this collective of exceptionally talented musicians converges to create a sonic tapestry that transcends boundaries.
The LJO has shared the scene with many famous artists like Michel Camilo, Bob Mintzer, The New York Voices or Freddy Cole to name but a few.
