The Schëfflenger Konschthaus invites you to discover the cultural world

The Minett Park Fond-de-Gras is an open-air museum that includes the Fond-de-Gras, the village of Lasauvage, the former open-cast mine of Giele Botter and the Celtic oppidum of Titelberg.

The museum area comprises a total of nine rooms, in which exhibits provide insights into living and working conditions at the end of the 19th century, industrial past of the region and the history of the commune during the Second World War.

Exceptional legacy from the mining era

Standing right on one corner of Resistance Square (also known as Brillplaz) in the heart of Esch, the Escher Theater is both a receiving and producing organisation. Each season, the theatre offers around 50 performances of theatre, dance and music – together with creative work which span all these disciplines. Here you can see productions from European theatres as well as from Luxembourg, but also work co-created with the local community. As Luxembourg stands at the crossroads of other countries, the venue asserts its cross-border and multicultural vocation through multilingual programming, primarily in French and German. Since 2018, plays for young audiences have been one of the main focuses of its programme.
