Temps de trajet
Mobilités au quotidien
What really happens in the suspended moments between home and work?.
The exhibition “Temps de trajet – Mobilités au quotidien” invites visitors to explore the everyday experience of mobility through the combined perspectives of Jessica Lopes’ writing, Charl Vinz’s drawings, and the scientific research of LISER researchers.
.
The result of a year spent immersed in the lives of around a dozen people on the move, this project brings together personal stories, sociological observations, and artistic creation. The exhibition presents the original artwork from the graphic novel published in September 2025, alongside an exclusive series of drawings focusing on traffic jams. Together, they offer an intimate, poetic, and incisive perspective on the routine of everyday journeys.
“Temps de trajet – Mobilités au quotidien (Travel Time – Everyday Mobility)” is an exhibition by Jessica Lopes and Charl Vinz, organised with the support of MUAR — Musée vun der Aarbecht, in partnership with LISER — Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research, which contributes to the exhibition by providing a scientific perspective on everyday mobility.
