Fascinating diversity of art in Pétange: Exhibition at the Maison de la Culture “A Rousen”, Galerie Schiffweiler

 

Pétange, April 2026 – From April 23 to 26, the Maison de la Culture “A Rousen” in Pétange will host a new art exhibition organized by “Hobbykënschtler Lëtzebuerg asbl” and the Syndicat d’Initiative and Tourism Pétange, in collaboration with the Municipality of Pétange.

 

A total of 12 artists will present their works in painting and sculpture, offering an impressive and diverse insight into the contemporary art scene. The exhibition is open on Fridays from 5 pm to 7 pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 3 pm to 6 pm.

 

A special highlight is the “Meet the Artist” event on Sunday, April 26, starting at 4:30 pm. Visitors will have the opportunity to engage directly with the artists and learn more about their work, techniques, and sources of inspiration.

The exhibiting artists are: Marcel Bombardella, Jos Johanns, Christiane Kayl-Elvinger, Pascale Kiwy, Eliane Lothritz, Aline Philippart, Amanda Rheeders, Sonja Roller, Josette Schmit, Olha Yurkina, Volodymyr Yurkin and Carmen Zeimet.

 

The exhibition offers a unique opportunity to discover modern and traditional art up close and experience the individual artistic styles of the artists. It promises to be a cultural meeting point that leaves visitors inspired with new impressions.
