Synopsis
Second volume in the Luxembourg Suites series after Parasite, Sorcière, marquise et madison takes a further step towards fiction and the imagination. On stage, a body. Mine. Without artifice. And yet, through the ordinary magic of movement, other forms, other images appear. Never defined, never clearly present, they will be what you want to see there. A witch casting a spell, a marquise over 200 years old... what else do I know? Don't believe anything they tell you. As in a dream, they will tremble and evaporate at the end of the show, when the spell is fulfilled.
About Mélanie Mesager
Mélanie Mesager composes dances in her adopted country, Luxembourg. Since 2023, she has worked alone, showcasing her body and the fictions attached to it. She thinks that dance does not belong to the dancer, but appears in the encounter between gestures and singular looks. Also his choreographies, like poems, are open to interpretation and let the meaning float.
